The Process
1. Discovery Call
An initial meeting to get to know each other, answer any questions and find out if we're the right fit for each other.
2. Contract Agreement
If you decide you would like to work with us, we shall draw up a contract on a monthly retainer basis and agree the terms.
3. Strategy Workshop
A workshop for us to get to know what you want to achieve with our services and understand your brands style and tone of voice.
4. Creation Collaboration
Monthly zoom meetings for us to discuss options, pitch our ideas and stay up to date with your business. After all, communication is key.
5. Content Creation
We plan the shoots, film the content and edit it together.
6. Hashtag & Caption Research
Any hashtags and captions we plan to use to maximise results will be added to our easy to read content schedule plan.
7. Approval
The updated content schedule plan will be sent to you to approve all content before posting. You can request changes and adjustments in this document.
8. Schedule Content
Content will be added to our scheduling planner and posted on your behalf at the optimal time so you don't need to worry.
9. Community Engagement
An agreed amount of time will be spent on interacting with your audience on your social media platforms.
10. Progress Report
Every month you will be sent a report on all social analytics in regards to our content so you can track results.
